Click LOGIN at the top of your screen
Click Forgot password / Recover it at the bottom right of your screen
You can recover your password in two ways. You can recover by Email or Cellphone number
N.B. In this example, we use the Cellphone number recovery option
Fill in your registered cellphone number, and check, or click on the radio button to verify that you are not a robot.
Click Submit
A message with a confirmation code will be sent to your Playbet-registered cellphone number.
Fill in the Confirmation code you received via sms
Enter the new password and repeat the new password
Click Submit
A message upon successful recovery will appear.
