REQUIREMENTS FOR FICA
Clear copy of ID/Passport Clear copy of proof residence
(must not be expired (Bank statement, water & electricity bill)
applicable to passport) MUST BE ON THE CUSTOMER'S NAME
AND NOT OLDER THAN 3 MONTHS.
If the customer does not have proof of residence in their name, she/he needs to download the Playbet Affidavit form and follow the instructions of the form then send back to the support team. email: firstname.lastname@example.org or on WhatsApp 0606 888 888
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR FICA DOCUMENTS ON OUR WEBSITE
(log in to your account and go to https://www.playbet.co.za/Profile/Banking )
1. Log into your account
2. Fill in your login details
3. From the "Menu" select "Account"
4. Go to "Banking"
5. Go to "Bank Account Details"
6. Fill in your Bank Account Details and click "UPDATE"

Click on "FICA APPLICATION"
Type in your Name as it appears in your ID
Type in your Surname as it appears in your ID
Type in your Playbet account number.

Type in your contact number
Type in your Email address.

Click to upload a photo of your ID or Passport.
Click to upload a photo of your Proof of Residence.
Click "Yes" If you filled out your banking details when registering your account.
Click "NO" If you did not fill out your banking details when registering your account.
After clicking "Yes", your documents will be submitted for a FICA verification process.
If you clicked "No", your documents will be submitted but will not be processed
for FICA verification until you fill in your banking details
